Hi, I have a 030 that wont charge through usb. (no yellow light). As soon as i remove it from usb power, it turns off. This happens with and without the battery installed. It also wont pair to my ps4 the normal way. I can pair it to my ps4 using pairing mode and searching for it in the bluetooth devices menu on the ps4, but as soon as it is connected, the ps4 says the battery is low and turns off the controller. I installed a known good charged battery, but the same thing happens. Is this fixable? I suspect something is wrong with battery power management. I don't see any obvious defects on both sides of the board.
