tp25 and tp17 short 1708

I have aboard that has tp25 and tp17 short. So when press up botton then menu also lights up vise versa.
Is U4 chip is short and needs repalcement?

TP17 is DD (D-pad Down) and TP25 is View.

DU (D-pad Up) is TP16.
MN (Menu) is TP24.

If you do mean TP25 and TP17 then the first place I'd look is U4 pins 14 and 15 since they are right next to each other, possibly a solder bridge there.

WOW you were dead on. It was bridge. Remove the excess solder and every thing is good.
