It's a SMT part. The connections are all pretty much underneath it and getting it desodlered with an iron means you'll probably ruin it, unless you use 2 of them and heat the 2 ground points in the front and the 3 main spots at the back at the same time. Be careful as too much heat and you'll just lift the pads/traces.
The proper way to remove/install it would be with a hot air setup and some flux.
