Hello everyone! After replacing the left stick, it got stuck in the upper left position.

I noticed that some element is missing here, where I highlighted in red. What is this element?

Now, even when I unsoldered the stick, it still stays in the upper left position. Please tell me what I broke.

Missing part is just a capacitor, that's not needed and isn't causing the issue.

Stuck up/left either both axis lines are shorted to ground, or pulled the plating out of the holes for the voltage to the POTs or pulled the plating out of the holes for the axis.

@kumpll2007  Your problem is also with the mouths because from what I can see they are a little damaged, especially the lower ones, there is definitely something wrong.

Where exactly is it because I can't figure out the position?

Only 2 connectors on the board that size, and only one of them has anything to do with the R1 button. Also, that image was flipped as I did it top down thru the layers, it's fixed now.
