DS4 JDM-040 R2-L2 buttons never stop working

Hi there guys.
I'm new on this forum.
I have an issue with my DS4 controller with a JDM-040 circuit board. It had a faulty left analog stick which I removed and installed a new one.
Before and after the analog stick changing, it has a weird problem that I couldn't resolve at all. L2 and R2 buttons working incessantly but with a low force as in 10 or 12 percent of its pressure.
When I solder rumble motors on the board, they still keep spinning, but in a low force. I tried everything: removing L2-R2 buttons and cleaning the board, but none of them fixed it.

do the buttons work when you connect only pcb to usb board and to PC or PS4? - without connection to foil
