Automatic built in adjustable rapid fire in PS2 controller
« on: August 27, 2007, 08:44:13 PM »
Got this idea from an adjustable led flasher circuit.

basically I'm going to put the led flasher circuit into my wireless gameshark controller and when you push the fire button instead of the controller sending one command to fire it will send close to 50 a second, and because its adjusable you can turn it down or off completely.

this will make automatic 9mm guns possible without any cheat codes

will post pics and progress soon, lmk what you guys think.

Ryan.

Finished it yesterday, used the 555timer chip and a mosfet> I didn't have any boards to solder everything too so I just soldered everything to the chip. theres not much room left now. I have more pics and will post them later.

Could you post some clear pictures of the chip and the install? I would also like to build this mod to use in my sixaxis controller. A parts list would be greatly appreciated, I plan on using a cmos 555 chip as it uses less than 5V to function. I wanna make it as small as possible so I have no problems fitting it into the controller.

Thanks

Edhel: Hey man, Welcome to the site, and i know you are new here, but please dont post in topics that are over three months old :) , it is easier if you just PM the guy, nice bluetooth mod btw
