Rave PSP
« on: December 25, 2008, 09:57:37 PM »
Well here's my personal PSP. I had the plan to add the chip and was finishing up the touches, when La-coste posted his.

There's a switch where the memory card slot is to change the solids colour.

What you guys think?

Oh, and btw: the chip was from a toy in the dollar store

:D

edit:

Heres what the toy looks like for those of you that are interested:

Might still need to be processed.

Is it those toys that have lots of leds and it is like a globe and something spins inside?

Thats awesome! Its like a boom box in disguise lol. Its similar to mine but I just drilled holes in the UMD door and added sound reactive LED's to the speakers. Once again awesome job. Keep up the good work  :hifive:

hehe thanks.
Nope. I have both red and blue leds in the triggers. They look orange because of the vid :S

Sorta. It's like an optical illusion toy, where you turn it on, and it looks like an on-going tunnel. It's hard to explain. If I get more, want a couple pics?

And any other questions?

Hey man, that looks really good. Seems like pre-programmed chips from random objects are getting fairly popular. Getting a really cheap toy is a pretty good alternative to a >>MODCHIP<<

Good job man. Looks great  :victory:

Thanks.

Yea I'll say it's alot cheaper. Mind you though, it certainly won't be better than that. If I could get my hands on one of those...  :dribble:
