you know Im getting Ripped Off with my ISP.. i get 15Mbs upload and 5Mbs download. But as you see my speed score its bad..

yeah, thats really unfair, their filtering of good speed you're paying for..ISPs..

they want to make it worse with their anti net neutral crap, make you pay more for even slower crap... gah :(

In The Uk, the Speed you get is the speed you get, want faster internet, move. Or Try an iPlate.

The US is a whole different case, as the ISP's actually slow down lines etc as the demand is so high.
