simple to lose weight is eat small amount of healthy food (fruit, vegies and salad etc). about the size of your hands cupping together is enough. just take an hr walk to where ever or ride a bike is good excercise. you will lose weight in no time
u need to eat. u need to consume 2000 cals a day pending on ur weight
well im going to high school next year and i need to gain weight if i want to play football im 13 and only 125

Bike is good excersize. but needs to be balanced by a proper diet. I lerned that the hard way. I bike everywhere, at least 2 miles everyday.In short there is no way. Perhaps try what I did. Cut out ALL junk. JUST eat veg and fruit etc. Junk means crisps, ships chocolate, everything like that. stress is also a big factor in it as well, or mild depression. O have found that out the hard way. In short, easy way? There is none. But you need to get into the habit of it and it becomes a way of life.P.S.
