i've put on too much weight over the past two months. I'm not much of an athlete so i need some easy way. Any help would be welcome :)

just head down to your local gym and go swimming or or use the tread mill.. my dad use to be like 12stone but he went to the gym everyday for about an hour and lost 1stone :tup:

i lost a LOT of weight playing my wii (went from 220lbs to 150lbs)

Yeah and eat a balanced diet. If you eat a lot of junk food, you don't need to get rid of it all, but try to control it. Also, yea going to the gym or jogging or something for regular exercise is also a good idea.

eat less, sleep regularely, go swimming, one of the best exercises out there, no pressure on your joints just keep it proportionate. and stay positive, somehow stress and negativity make you gain weight

yeah man , was under huge stress with our national exams goin on. i've been sleeping like 3 hours a day for the past two months...... better reduce my diet !!! No swimming pools where i live ! so will have to do with jogging :-)

Easy way?  Vegies for 2 months without ranch or thousand island dressings.  Then you will lose around 50 pounds :)

just do some push ups everyday too,  just do like an hour a day and that should help.

Best advice, get a membership at the Ymca, or your local gym. It takes some time/dedication, but you'll lose the weight.

@ Vox :- I see what u meant :-) but those methods of losing wt and increasing some other stuff is pretty much useless lol

@ Tri Edge- Thats what i'm thinkin of doin. Will start with something a bit simple though. Push ups are a lil tough 4 me...........

@bucadepepo - I'm from Delhi, India where there is one YMCA in the entire city and the local gyms are WAY TOO Expensive !!!

simple to lose weight is eat small amount of healthy food (fruit, vegies and salad etc). about the size of your hands cupping together is enough.    just take an hr walk to where ever or ride a bike is good excercise. you will lose weight in no time

Bike is good excersize. but needs to be balanced by a proper diet. I lerned that the hard way. I bike everywhere, at least 2 miles everyday.

In short there is no way. Perhaps try what I did. Cut out ALL junk. JUST eat veg and fruit etc. Junk means crisps, ships chocolate, everything like that. stress is also a big factor in it as well, or mild depression. O have found that out the hard way. In short, easy way? There is none. But you need to get into the habit of it and it becomes a way of life.

P.S. Hai Guys :) Now I'm off to say happy Birthday to my fwend kicks :3

Actually to even THINK about losing weight, you need to eat 1200 calories a day, otherwise all of the exercise will go to waste. So don't eat nothing, just try to stay balanced, and still eat enough calories. Also, some junk food is GOOD for you (i know, really?). The thing is, eating balanced everywhere you won't get enought fat in your diet, and you need 6 grams a day to be healthy. So don't just starve yourself and push yourself to the limit, otherwise nothing will stay off.

P.S. (i sound like a health dork, don't i...)

u need to eat. u need to consume 2000 cals a day pending on ur weight
if u dont eat but like once a day
u WILL gain weight
ur body will hold on to that fat and what not in that food because it dont know whne it will get food again
if you feed your self on a regular basis e.g. 3 times a day ur body will get use to that and all the spare food it has left over from the meals it will get rid of aka poop and urine.
