Thanks Mattzani and Optix,

The A2D board gives really smooth game play while using it, I am amazed on how good it works.

Cyber I'm rather good at soldering actually, I'm still really worried about shorts, I have some ideas on how to make it safer. In any case I have no clue where to get a 191k resistor, anyone know where they are sold? I'm in Australia.

I'd like to try doing it myself but I'd still feel safer with a pre-made, insulated IC =D

If I had the physical room inside the PSP I could just connect a few other value resistors in series =/

ive almost finished a led mod onto one of my 3 psp's, im just waiting 4 a new pcb to arrive because i melted lots of the traces on mine

hey BDIGITAL nice job on the A2D board you know whats funny I never even used the A2D board in a psp and I am the one who designed them LOL ....

I just removed the charging plug and did the USB charge mod.

Just recieved my clear case from dealextreme today and here are the pics. (there is plastic on the screen because ihavent got a screen protector yet)

Im Auzzie aswell, and I find the same problem (in buying parts n such), depends in which state you live, but Ive got everything ive needed on ebay or check out places like

smith (dse.com.au) and jaycar (jaycar.com.au) or even tandy / radio parts but thier more local, and I dont think they post to much.

I plan on putting blue sound reactive leds in there this weekend. I'm doing the same thing to a friend's psps too.
EDIT: heres another clear psp for my friend. It has no screen cuz he bought it for $60.

yeh the clear case is starting to get a bit old. maybe coolmods should do clear cases in different colours like blue red purple black yellow etc

lol the only reason i have so many is because a bunch of my friends wanted one and they wanted to get it cheap, so the cheapest way was me buying broken ones on ebay and fixing them or working ones around 100 bucks.

I'm working on other mods for them, im thinking about the sound mod i just need to order more parts but i have to sell some first.
