Seriously, starbucks is a failing business.  They fail in everyway, and I cant even believe that AM's international community even frequents an establishment like that.  I mean you have to be a dumbass american to pay $4 for a freakin coffee right?   Starbucks deserves to fail, the only reason they made it this far is that the economy was right at the time, and now look at them.

stick with local coffee shops and leave the starbucks for prentensious jerks that think that it is ok to pay $4 for a cup of coffee that cost $0.25 to make. [/rant]

Prediction: Starbucks wont be around in 5 years.

I would rather see people get there coffee at mcdonalds or a gas station, at least they are fairly priced. Do you think starbucks pays the farmers 8X market price for their beans? nope so what makes em think they deserve 8X market price for brewing it?

Pretty sad tho, that a pretentious company like starbucks has already damaged the industry so badly.

IMHO the McCafes kinda suck... But even still, I brew my own coffee and it's only like 12 cents a cup, considering I buy it from Costco...

Mcdonalds coffee is top notch.  the coffee is newman's own green mountain coffee roasters which is roasted in the town I live in.  If you want to see a comapany with a conscience (for the most part) check out green mountain coffee roasters, they have done some good business and pay farmers what they deserve.

As a general rule Mcdonalds usually is very high quality food (with acception to meat).  they have to cuz if the food was same quality as burger of chicken that place would never have made it.

Exactly my point ... Don't get me wrong though, if I'm out and about, I DO stop at Dunkin' Doughnuts, Mcdonalds (the regular coffee is awesome), or anywhere that sells Karibou... But NEVER Starbucks...

latly the price of high dollar meat went up
and the higher dollar mexican food joints switched their meat to lower quality meat
so now the higher dollar meat is cheaper and more local lower classed mexican food joints bought alot of higher dollar prime meat so now their fajitas are the shiz
