JDM-055 not working, not charging anymore

Hello, the guy who bring this one to me, said that it has been using a cell phone fast charger, so thats the problem right there.
Now is there something it can be done? a resistor or fuse? or I leave it for parts.

I have similar problem. the controllers work when connected with cable thu but doesn't charge
